We are a team of Naturopathic Doulas who work to serve clients throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. Our goal is three-fold: To support the health of you and your baby throughout your pregnancy while optimizing pregnancy outcomes; To ensure that you feel well supported, informed and empowered through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey; And finally, to give all families across our nation the opportunity to access expert doula services.

  • Fertility Doula Services

    Our fertility doulas provided non-judgemental, comprehensive and supportive care so that you can feel knowledgable and empowered as you navigate your fertility journey.

  • Birth Services

    Our doula packages are designed to specifically support & assist you and your partner through labour and childbirth. We will support you through critical decision making, emotional challenges and discomfort while embracing the beautiful, empowering experience that it is to bring your baby into this world.

  • Postpartum/Night Doula Services

    Our experienced Postpartum Doulas and Nights Nurses will help you feel empowered as you transition into parenthood. We want you to feel well-informed, confident and supported in the days, weeks and months following your birth.

  • Lactation Services

    Breastfeeding can sometimes be challenging. Connect with one of our IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) to ease your anxieties, assess your baby’s latch and your technique, and provide guidance to assist with any pain, milk supply concerns, mastitis or engorgement issues, and more.

    Bereavement Doula Services

    Receiving a prenatal diagnosis of a life-limiting condition leaves families with many questions and complicated emotions to navigate. Our bereavement “loss” doula walks with, supports, and helps families who are experiencing the loss or imminent loss of their loved one.

    Transforming the placenta to a supplement can help decrease postpartum mood disorders, increase production of oxytocin, decrease stress hormones, restore iron levels following bleeding after birth, and increase milk supply.

The NATUROPATHIC Doula Difference

Why a Naturopathic Doula? Naturopathic Doctors are trained, licensed healthcare professionals with specialized training in childbirth and perinatal care.  Needless to say, we aren’t your average doulas! We incorporate standard doula practices with our ability to provide natural and alternative treatments (that other doulas cannot use) for perinatal concerns and your labour.  Modalities that we use surrounding your care include acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathic remedies, nutritional and lifestyle counselling, hydrotherapy, supplement review and more.

Hi! We are Jessica and Shelly, two Naturopathic Doctors, doulas, mamas, foodies, and advocates for natural women’s health and perinatal care. We, like you, longed for an escape from medicalized birth and saw the need for a collective voice (or “group”) for all women and children nationwide.
